This Europe Data SIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. As mentioned previously, the 60 days of service itself commences as soon as you decide to insert the sim in your phone and turn your phone.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;
APN Name: internet
APN: three.co.uk
None of the other mobile data APN fields, need to be changed or adjusted, only the above.

This sim cannot be recharged. If you are travelling for longer than 60 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on your duration of travel. For example, if travelling for 120 days then please purchase 2 x 60 Day 12GB sims.
As this Europe Data sim card cannot be recharge, if you feel that you may require more than 12GB of data, you can purchase additional sim cards and then swap them over once your data runs out.
If you are travelling for longer than 60 days, you can purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travels. For example, if you are travelling for 6 months you can purchase 3 separate sim cards, and then swap them over at the end of the 60 day/2 Month period.

Yes, you will have access to all your apps, messages, contacts and emails whilst using this Europe Data SIM card. Nothing on your phone is deleted or changed and you can continue to use your phone as per normal.

The purchase was easy and the choice of plans was great. I received my email as promised the day before to set up the eSIM. You need two devices or access to a printer to scan the QR code with your phone. Once set up it’s easy to use. When I travelled from UK to France I needed to turn on roaming in order for it to work. Would definitely use again!

Well it works well and simple to use but my 12Gb was used in less than one week. I expected to have data leftover after one month. I don't understand why data was used so fast but it's no good.
