If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;   iPhone settings ▪ Go to Settings > General > Profile. ▪ Delete any/ all profiles you see that you are not using. Then follow the steps below. Even if you don't have this setting in your phone still proceed to the next step. ▪ From the main menu, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings > Reset network settings   Alternatively, please try going to Settings > mobile> mobile data network> and fill in the APN Name and APN fields. (This setting may not be available in some iPhones) ▪ APN: bicsapn ▪ Username: not required (leave empty) ▪ Password: not require (leave empty   Android settings ▪ Check the Access Point Name (APN) settings. Steps may slightly vary to access this section with different phones: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names ▪ The correct APN profile should be "Internet". Select this name and try connecting to the internet.
