Aunque la fecha de activación es el 20 de septiembre, inserté la tarjeta SIM en mi teléfono para guardarla. Inesperadamente, se conectó y me dio un número de teléfono del Reino Unido. Lo apagué inmediatamente. ¿Afectará esto a mi servicio de 30 días en Sudamérica?

The sim card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date that you provide. It is from this date that your 30 days of service will commence. For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first sim card to get connected and after 30 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. No, you are NOT able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following; APN Name: internet APN: three.co.uk None of the other mobile data APN fields, need to be changed or adjusted, only the above. Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the sim card.

If so, please send us a screenshot of that message. Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting. What phone model you are using? Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue. 
You can stay in touch with your family and friends by sending them messages and calling them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc. You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

To find out your phone number simply insert the sim in your phone at any time and you will receive a text message with your phone number which will begin with 07. It's fine to do this prior to the activation date you have submitted to us. The sim card is a UK based sim card, hence it will have a UK phone number. If anyone outside of the UK is to call you on this number they will need to dial the UK country code which is +44 followed by your assigned UK number without the leading zero (i.e. +44 7xxxxxxxxx). You are not charged for incoming calls. For example, if the phone number is 07307452691, they would need to dial +447307452691. (To get the + on a mobile phone, press and hold 0 until it turns into a +)
