Make sure that your device is unlocked before you depart for your trip. Please note: Being on a post-paid plan or contract with your local carrier doesn't mean your phone is locked. If you are unsure, please check with your current service provider.
To activate, simply insert the sim into your device and turn your device ON. The sim will automatically connect to a network which will commence your 10 days of service. This sim will activate in any country, so please only insert once you are ready to use the sim. Please note, you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service.
This sim card is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim card does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc. However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This sim card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim card size that fits your phone.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following; APN Name: internet APN: internet Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the sim card.

As this sim card cannot be recharged, if you feel you need more than 20GB of data then please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you need 18GB of data then please purchase 3 of these sim cards bearing in mind that each time you activate one sim you will have 31 days to use the 20GB of data. If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.
Should you run into any issues with the sim card whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information; Your order number or the name that the order is under along with the sim card number. Which country you are in currently and whether the sim card connects to any network, if so, which network? Did you receive any SMS after you inserted the sim card? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message. Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting. What phone model you are using? Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue. 
You can stay in touch with your family and friends by sending them messages and calling them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc. You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
Yes, if you purchase 2 sim cards then you will be able to contact each other via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype etc. You will also be able to use social map apps such as Googlemaps, so you can always find your way if you get lost.
