To check your data balance/allowance you simply need to dial *111*6# then press Call (star, one, one, one, star, six, hash then press Call).

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

The features on the eSIM are valid for 31 days of service from activation.

If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.

If you want to recharge the eSIM either within or after the 31 days duration then you must first register your identification details at https://travel.orange.com. We recommend doing this within the first 3 weeks of activating it if you plan to top up/recharge as it could take them a couple of days to verify.

You are then able to top up using the same link and the different options will be noted after you input your phone number for the SIM.

Alternatively, you can purchase multiple sims prior to your travel, based on the duration of your travel and swap them after 31 days usage.

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The sim will automatically connect to a local carrier.
