Order your travel eSIM online and let us know your travel date. A day before our chose Activation date, you will receive an email with the QR Code and instruction steps. The instruction steps will provide detailed step by step instructions with screenshots on how to install your prepaid travel eSIM.
When you land at your travel destination, follow the steps noted in the email and your eSIM will be ready to use.
What do I need to do before I depart?
Make sure that your unlocked phone is eSIM compatibility. See our full list of compatible devices. Ensure that you have access to the eSIM email we have provided. You may wish to print this email out so you have a hard-copy of the eSIM. Please note that your 28 days of service will commence on the activation date noted on your order.
How do I activate this eSIM?
When you land at your destination, simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM (detailed step by step instructions with screenshots will be provided).
What will my phone number be?
When you add the QR code noted in the email that is sent to you from SimCorner, And it connects to a network in Europe, you will receive a text to your phone noting the Spanish phone number.
Should anyone want to call you on your phone number, they would need to drop the leading 0 and add the France country code +34 in front of the phone number,
For example, if the phone number noted in the SMS is 6 60 66 00 01, they would need to dial +34 6 60 66 00 01. (To get the + on a mobile phone, press and hold 0 until it turns into a +)

Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
What settings do I need to change/update to use this eSIM?
You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service.
What is the data APN settings for this eSIM?
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

What happens if I have trouble with the eSIM?
Should you run into any issues with the eSIM whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information;
Your order number or the name that the order is under Which country you are in currently and whether the eSIM connects to any network, if so, which network? Did you receive any SMS after you installed the eSIM. If so, please send us a screenshot of that message. Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting. What phone model you are using? Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.How do I make calls and send SMS?
Firstly please check that the number you are dialling is a Standard Landline or Mobile. Premium rate or Business rate numbers are NOT included in the 50 Minutes. SMS/Texting is also NOT included
You must always use the correct prefixes and international dialing conventions as noted below whenever making a call to a local number.
00 (Country Code) (Area Code) (Number) or + (Country Code) (Area Code) (Number) If calling a French number, you must use their country code which is 33 for example, in front of the number.eg:
For Landlines: 00 - 33 - Area Code - Land Phone Number Or + 33 - Area Code - Land Phone Number and/or For Mobiles: 00 - 33 - 9 Digit Mobile Number (for calling)If you need to call a rental company or tour provider, it is recommended to check with them before you depart for the correct international dialling conventions and to ensure it is standard local rate number.

How do my family and friends call and message me?

Please Note: If someone from outside of France wishes to call or SMS you directly they would be charged at international rates to a French number. Some of your family and friends may have international calling as part of their phone plans to French numbers, but others may not be able to make direct international calls or sms.
We recommend that you stay in touch with your family and friends by sending them messages and calling them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
If I buy two eSIMs (one for myself and my partner) can we contact each other?
Yes you are able to call your partner if you both purchase an eSIMs
I am travelling with my friends and family, how do I contact them?
If your friends and family have have purchase the same eSIM then you will be able to call them directly. However, if your friends and family are using their home phone service, then you will need to connect them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc .
What is your refund policy?
We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee policy, which means that if you have a bad experience with one of our sim card and receive no value from it, we will provide you a refund. However, you MUST contact us whilst you are having the issue, so our team can assist you in resolving your problems. Please do this when you are in WiFi (generally at the airport when you land if not working to begin with) or e-mail us from your accommodations (WiFi) or cafe etc. If you only decide to contact us after you return to let us know the sim didn't work then we can't look to provide a refund as we won't be able to see exactly what the issue was and why it didn't work.

Will I still have access to all my apps, messages, contacts and e-mails?
Yes, you will have access to all your apps, messages, contacts and emails whilst using this esim card. Nothing on your phone is deleted or changed and you can continue to use your phone as per normal. The only change with using this esim card is that you will have a new phone number.
