500gb Europe Sim
The sim was delivered in just a few days. Upon arrival in the UK and turning my phone on a network was found quickly and the APN configured. The performance was excellent across the UK. Belgium Netherlands and Norway as well as even Iceland with one exception in on Norwegian city . There it was very slow but ok for emails and some web searches. Note this was not the case in the rest of Norway where it work just fine. Overall no big issues and thoughly recommend.

This Europe Data SIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in your phone.
However, details about manual APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the sim card.
The features on the sim are valid for 30 days from activation.
This SIM cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place the activation date approximately 30 days apart for each sim and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days.
For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first sim card to get connected and after 30 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).

If your friends and family have have purchase the same sim option then you will be able to call them directly. However, if your friends and family are using their home phone service, then you will need to connect them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc .
If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The travel SIM will automatically connect to a local carrier.
