This sim card is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim card does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.

However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

To check your data balance/allowance you simply need to dial *111*6# then press Call (star, one, one, one, star, six, hash then press Call).

If you receive any text messages noting that you have zero credit balance then you can ignore as it does not relate to your data balance.

You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This sim card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim card size that fits your phone.

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service. The sim card activates as soon as you insert the sim card in your device. It is on this date that your 10 days of service will commence.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following:

APN Name: internet

APN: internet

Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the sim card.

This sim connects to SingTel and M1 carriers

The features on the sim card are valid for 10 days of service from activation. 

This sim will last 10 days from activation. If you are travelling for longer than 10 days, please look at purchasing our 15 Day Singapore Sim Card or purchase multiple 10 day sim cards and swap them over at the end of the 10 day period. For example, if you are travelling for 19 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 10 days period.

As this sim card cannot be recharged, if you feel you need more than 6GB of data then please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you need 18GB of data then please purchase 3 of these sim cards bearing in mind that each time you activate one sim you will have 10 days to use the 6GB of data.

• Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
• What phone model you are using?
• Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The sim card will automatically connect to a local carrier.

Yes, you will have access to all your apps, messages, contacts and emails whilst using this sim card. Nothing on your phone is deleted or changed and you can continue to use your phone as per normal. The only change with using this sim card is that you will have a new phone number.
