FAQs: All You Need to Know
We utilize Amazon fulfillment centers across the United States (California, Arizona, Georgia, and Illinois) to ensure the fastest delivery. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Express shipping reaches most US metro addresses in 2–4 business days, while our free shipping option arrives in 6–9 business days.
Major US carriers often charge $10+ per day for international data. SimCorner physical SIMs offer a flat-rate prepaid plan for your entire trip, preventing "bill shock" upon your return. By using a local partner network at your destination, you often get faster 5G speeds and higher data caps than domestic roaming passes provide.
We partner with Tier-1 US networks (like T-Mobile and AT&T) to provide the widest possible coverage. While signals are excellent in cities and major tourist hubs, coverage in remote National Parks or deep rural areas can be limited. We recommend checking the coverage map provided in the product details if your trip involves off-grid travel.
No. Your device must be network unlocked and possess a physical SIM tray. Note that some newer US models, such as the iPhone 14, 15, and 16, are eSIM-only and do not have a physical tray. For these devices, please browse our Travel eSIMs. For all other Android and older iPhone models, our physical 3-in-1 SIMs are fully compatible.
Many recent US models (iPhone 14, 15, and 16) are "eSIM only" and do not have a physical slot. If you have one of these devices, you must use an international travel eSIM instead. Our physical SIMs are designed for older iPhones and the majority of Android devices that still feature a physical tray.
If your phone supports Dual SIM (one physical + one eSIM), you can keep your US SIM active in the settings to receive incoming SMS (like bank OTPs) while using the SimCorner SIM for all your data. Just ensure you turn off "Data Roaming" on your US line to avoid expensive carrier charges.
