When you place an order, we prepare and ship it within 24 hours, if we have sim cards that cover you travel date. Items are normally processed either the same day or by the next business day (Monday to Friday). Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once it has been packed ready for dispatch. We only dispatch Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be dispatched on the next business day.

How do I track my Sim Card order?If you have selected a shipping option with tracking included, you will receive a Shipment confirmation with the tracking number via email once your items have been dispatched. If you did not receive an email confirmation please contact us.
All packed orders are dispatched from Melbourne using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched before 10:30am and 2:00pm AEDT Monday - Friday. If you require a sim urgently, we recommend placing the order with express shipping.
