When you place an order, we prepare and ship it within 24 hours, if we have sim cards that cover you travel date. Items are normally processed either the same day or by the next business day (Monday to Friday). Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once it has been packed ready for dispatch. We only dispatch Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be dispatched on the next business day.

Transit Time: Below are the transit times for different shipping options. Transit time is the time between leaving our warehouse and delivery to you. Transit time is calculated in Business Days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping prices noted below are per cart not per product. So you can add multiple sim cards or accessories in one cart and pay one shipping cost

How do I track my Sim Card order?

If you have selected a shipping option with tracking included, you will receive a Shipment confirmation with the tracking number via email once your items have been dispatched. If you did not receive an email confirmation please contact us.

Shipping within Australia

All packed orders are dispatched from Melbourne using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched before 10:30am and 2:00pm AEDT Monday - Friday. If you require a sim urgently, we recommend placing the order with express shipping.

We currently do not offer shipping of physical sims to the EU. You are still able to purchase an eSIM and depending on the eSIM purchased, have it sent directly to your email or your phone.
