I initially had some difficulty in activating the sim and contacted the support team who responded very quickly. In the meantime I was able to get things up and running and everything is working well. Very pleased with the eSIM and the support service.

ESim did not work

I purchased three 6gb Asia eSims and although it said we had activated them, our phones did not connect to the data. One phone connected for about 30 mins then disconnected. After struggling for a few hours to get it to work, we gave up and bought unlimited data from Sakura Mobile for the same price and it worked instantly. I do not recommend SimCorner. A waste of money,,,
