You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). The Australia SIM card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim size that fits your phone.

Sim Card Size

As soon as you receive your Optus Sim card order, you must register your travel/activation date via the following link;  https://simcorner.com/pages/optus and follow the prompts. Your 28 day service will activate based on the Activation Date that you provide.  It is from this date that your 28 days of service will commence. It can take up to 24 hours for your activation date to be registered into the system, hence, we encourage that you complete this form as soon as possible. 

Your SIM will be activated on your nominated date/s which is when your days of service will begin. The activation date is based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). If you haven't provided 24 hours notice for activation and need your sim activated urgently or have any other queries, please contact us at support@simcorner.com.

Should you wish to change this date after your purchase, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your noted arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your 30 day service. You can email us at support@simcorner.com to do this.

 

Your local Australian phone number will be provided to you once you have completed the activation process.

Not So Happy This Time

I ordered a SIM card on line Feb 24.I wrote several emails through the SIM Corner Site with no replies. Mar 5 received email that the sim had been shipped.March 15, registered with Optus. The reply was “just to confirm we have received your inquiry. We will get back to you as soon as possible “. Now it is April 02, no reply. This is the first time I have had any trouble getting customer servicey from SimCorner. Just a bit upset.

All worked well

The sim arrived at the speed paid for and we noticed through tracking it was overnight delivery from SimCorner on the 3rd night. We followed the instructions and registered the sim well before departure and stated the required activation date. SimCorner advised Optus who replied to say it would be activated on arrival in Aus. We fitted the sim during travel and on arrival at 11pm we received a welcome message saying it was working. And so it was. Hey presto, brilliant.
