eSIM Activation & Setup Instructions
✅ Receiving Your eSIM
We offer several eSIM bundles, each with its own activation method. Check the “eSIM Activation” tab on the product page for exact details.
For most bundles, you’ll receive your eSIM and setup instructions by email within 5–10 minutes of purchase; otherwise, they’ll arrive one day before your chosen activation date. T-Mobile and AT&T eSIMs are delivered straight to your phone’s settings when they’re ready to install. In every case, you’ll also receive an email with step-by-step setup guidance and screenshots to make installation easy.

📍 Activating Your eSIM
- Upon Arrival – Open our email and follow the detailed installation guide to activate your eSIM. Your service begins when your eSIM connects to a network in a supported country.
- Avoid Roaming Charges – We recommend turning off or removing your local SIM to prevent accidental charges.
- Enable Connectivity – Turn on Mobile Data and Data Roaming for your eSIM to start using your data.
- End of Trip – Once your service expires, simply delete the eSIM profile from your device.
Physical SIM Card Orders
When you place an order for a Physical SIM, we prepare and ship it within 24 hours, if we have sim cards that cover you travel date. Items are normally processed either the same day or by the next business day (Monday to Friday). Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once it has been packed ready for dispatch. We only dispatch Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be dispatched on the next business day.
Transit Time: Below are the transit times for different shipping options. Transit time is the time between leaving our warehouse and delivery to you. Transit time is calculated in Business Days (Monday-Friday).
Shipping prices noted below are per cart not per product. So you can add multiple sim cards or accessories in one cart and pay one shipping cost

Items are dispatched from California, Arizona, Georgia or Illinois, United States with Amazon fulfillment.
If you require a sim urgently, we recommend placing the order with express shipping.

Shipping within Australia
All packed orders are dispatched from Melbourne using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched before 10:30am and 2:00pm AEDT Monday - Friday. If you require a sim urgently, we recommend placing the order with express shipping.
