The esim worked great in
The esim worked great in the countries I used it - South Africa, Botswana, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. Had some issues connecting to the ISP in Singapore. When the mobile automatically connected to a ISP, the connection dropped off after a minute each time. It only worked when i tried manually to connect to a different ISP (could not remember which ISP it was Singtel or M1).

This eSIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
