How do I recharge this travel eSIM?

This SIM cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional eSIM based on the duration of your travel and place the activation date approximately 30 days apart for each sim and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days.

For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first eSIM to get connected and after 30 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. (Please note: each eSIM will have a different phone number).

Make sure that your device is eSIM compatibility. See our full list of compatible devices. Ensure that you have access to the eSIM email we have provided. You may wish to print this email out so you have a hard-copy of the eSIM. Please note that your 28 days of service will commence on the activation date noted on your order.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee policy, which means that if you have a bad experience with one of our SIM and receive no value from it, we will provide you a refund. However, you MUST contact us whilst you are having the issue, so our team can assist you in resolving your problems. Please do this when you are in WiFi (generally at the airport when you land if not working to begin with) or e-mail us from your accommodations (WiFi) or cafe etc.

If you only decide to contact us after you return to let us know the sim didn't work then we can't look to provide a refund as we won't be able to see exactly what the issue was and why it didn't work.

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. The travel SIM will be active from the activation date you have provided. It is on this date that your 30 days of service will have commenced.
