Order your Global travel eSIM online and let us know your travel date. The eSIM will be emailed to you within 5-10 minutes of purchase. When you land at your travel destination, follow the steps noted in the email and your eSIM will be ready to use. Your 31 Days or service will commence.
As long as your phone is unlocked, this Global eSIM will be compatible to use. If you are unsure if your phone is unlocked, please check with your current service provider.
This Global SIM card is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc. However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings noted in the instruction guide that comes with the QR code, that is emailed to you. If you still have issues, then e-mail us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know what errors you are getting
The features on the eSIM are valid for 31 days of service from activation. 
As this Global eSIM cannot be recharged, if you feel you need more than the allowed data limit, then please purchase multiple sims accordingly.  If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.
Should you run into any issues with the sim whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information; Your order number or the name that the order is under along with the sim number. Which country you are in currently and whether the sim connects to any network, if so, which network? Did you receive any SMS after you inserted the sim? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message. Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting. What phone model you are using? Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another.
