When you land at your destination, simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM (detailed step by step instructions with screenshots will be provided).
What is included in this eSIM card?
What will my phone number be?
This eSIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
How do I check my Data Balance/Allowances?
To check your data balance/allowance you simply need to dial *111*6# then press Call (star, one, one, one, star, six, hash then press Call).
If you receive any text messages noting that you have zero credit balance then you can ignore as it does not relate to your data balance.
Can I hotspot/tether from your phone?
Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
What settings do I need to change/update to use this eSIM card?
You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service. This eSIM activates as soon as you scan the QR code provided. It is on this date that your 31 Days of service will commence.
What is the data APN settings for this esim?
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the eSIM.
How many days is this eSIM valid for?
The features on the eSIM are valid for 31 Days of service from activation.
What happens if I am travelling for longer than 31 Days?
If you are travelling for longer than 31 Days, please purchase multiple sSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 60 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.
How do I recharge this eSIM?
If you want to recharge the eSIM either within or after the 31 days duration then you must first register your identification details at https://travel.orange.com. We recommend doing this within the first 3 weeks of activating it if you plan to top up/recharge as it could take them a couple of days to verify.
You are then able to top up using the same link and the different options will be noted after you input your phone number for the SIM.
Alternatively, you can purchase multiple sims prior to your travel, based on the duration of your travel and swap them after 31 days usage.
What happens if I have trouble with the eSIM?
Should you run into any issues with the sim whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information;
Your order number or the name that the order is under along with the sim number. Which country you are in currently and whether the sim connects to any network, if so, which network? This eSIM is a Data-ONLY sim, hence, it does not allow you to make direct calls and send SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
How do my family and friends call and message me?
