Please note: If you need more than 12GB of Data then please either purchase our Portugal 200GB SIM card or multiple 12GB sim cards accordingly as you cannot top-up this sim.
The 3000 minutes and 3000 SMS can be used to make local standard landline and mobile calls and send standard SMS.
You can also use the 3000 minutes and 3000 SMS to make standard landline and mobile calls and send SMS and to the following countries: Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Canary Islands, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guyana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Netherlands, Norway, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Islands, Republic of Ireland, Romania, San Marino, Saint Martin (French), Saint Barthelemy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican City (Italy).
If you wish to call any other international countries outside the EU such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA etc, you will need to use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc . You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel. For example, if you are going for 50 days, then look to purchase 2 x 30 day sims to cover your duration. However, please note you will have a different phone number for each sim.
If you need more than 12GB of Data then please either purchase our Portugal 20GB SIM card or multiple 12GB sim cards accordingly. For example, If you need 24GB of data within a 30 days period then please purchase 2 sims or if you think you need 36GB of data then please purchase 3 sims. However, please note you will have a different phone number for each sim
You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This sim card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim card size that fits your phone.
Any unlocked mobile phone (mobile phone not locked to any network).
Please note: that being on a post-paid plan or contract with your local carrier doesn't mean your phone is locked. If you are unsure, please check with your current service provider.
***Please note: As of 1st of November2022, the activation step for this sim card has changed. When you receive your Sim Pack/s in the mail, please follow the steps below to confirm your Activation date. Details will also be noted on the front of the Sim Pack. If you have any queries please contact us at support@simcorner.com ***
As soon as you receive you order, you must register your travel/activation date via the following link; https://simcorner.com/pages/registersim. The sim card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date that you provide. It is from this date that your 30 days of service will commence. It can take up to 24 hours for your activation date to be registered into the system, hence, we encourage that you complete this form as soon as possible.
Should you wish to change the activation date after you have purchased, please contact us at support@simcorner.com at least 3 days prior to the noted activation date. Whilst using the sim card you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone.
Going for longer than 30 Days?
This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place the activation date approximately 30 days apart for each sim and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days.
For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first sim card to get connected and after 30 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).

To find out your phone number simply insert the sim in your phone at any time and you will receive a text message with your phone number which will begin with 07. It's fine to do this prior to the activation date you have submitted to us.
The sim card is a UK based sim card, hence it will have a UK phone number.
If anyone outside of the UK is to call you on this number they will need to dial the UK country code which is +44 followed by your assigned UK number without the leading zero (i.e. +44 7xxxxxxxxx). You are not charged for incoming calls.
For example, if the phone number is 07307452691, they would need to dial +447307452691. (To get the + on a mobile phone, press and hold 0 until it turns into a +)

Great to have but I didn’t realize you were based in UK so did not accept the phone number I was offered at first. I would like to have a phone number while I am in Portugal. Thanks!
My phone needed an actual
My phone needed an actual sim as it cannot use the virtual one and this company delivered. Only downside was I wanted a 60 day, but they were sold out at the time I was purchasing, so I bought two 30 day.
