Simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM (detailed step by step instructions with screenshots will be provided). Your days of service will start when the eSIM is connected to a network. This will be the day that your service commences.This eSIM will activate in any country, so please only install it once you are ready to use the sim.
We recommend turning off your local eSIM/physical sim or removing your physical sim so you don't accidentally use your local carriers service.

Once the eSIM is loaded, you simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings noted in the instruction guide that comes with the QR code, that is emailed to you.

The features on the eSIM are valid for 7 to 45 Days of service from activation, depending on the plan you purchase.
This sim cannot be recharged. Please ensure you purchase the correct duration based on how long your trip is for. Your days of service will start when the eSIM is connected to a network in Uganda. This will be the day that your service commences.

You are not able to send SMS and make phones calls with this Europe eSIM. We recommend that you use database apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype to send messages to friends and family.
You can stay in touch with your family and friends by sending them messages and calling them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

Yes, you will have access to all your apps, messages, contacts and emails whilst using this esim card. Nothing on your phone is deleted or changed and you can continue to use your phone as per normal. The only change with using this esim card is that you will have a new phone number.
