We ordered an eSim and
We ordered an eSim and a physical SIM for our trip to Japan. Unfortunately, the physical SIM wasn't compatible with my phone (my fault, I should have checked, as advised) but it did work in my wife's phone. I contacted SimCorner immediately and, although it was late at night, they responded immediately. They agreed to refund our eSim, as it hadn't been activated and we relied on the physical Sim, which worked perfectly in Japan. It's a 5G Sim and the download speed were amazing at all times, but older phones may not work, so do more research than I did before purchasing.

Bought a 31 days Sim
Bought a 31 days Sim card for Japan and advised activation date would be 6th Nov 2025. When Sim arrived it had a sticker saying - please activate before 16th Nov 2025. Thought all good as I would be activating on 6th Nov. Think again - 16th Nov comes and the Sim card stopped working. Luckily had just arrived at new accommodation and was able to connect to WiFi so I Contacted SimCorner Support as per the paperwork. Problem was solved quickly as the phone I was using did have the possibility of eSim so they sent me QR code to activate an eSim. Worked perfectly for the rest of the trip.
