This eSIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.

However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

To check your data balance/allowance you simply need to dial *111*6# then press Call (star, one, one, one, star, six, hash then press Call).

If you receive any text messages noting that you have zero credit balance then you can ignore as it does not relate to your data balance.

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service. This eSIM activates as soon as you scan the QR code provided. It is on this date that your 31 days of service will commence.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

The features on the eSIM are valid for 31 days of service from activation.

If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 60 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.

As this eSIM cannot be recharged, if you feel you need more than 20GB of data then please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you need 60GB of data then please purchase 3 of these sims bearing in mind that each time you activate one eSIM you will have 31 days to use the 20GB of data.

If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 60 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.

Should you run into any issues with the sim whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information;

• Your order number or the name that the order is under along with the sim number.
• Which country you are in currently and whether the sim connects to any network, if so, which network?
• Did you receive any SMS after you installed the eSIM? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message.
• Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
• What phone model you are using?
• Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.
