This Europe Data SIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.

However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device whilst in the EU.

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. The travel SIM will be active from the activation date you have provided. It is on this date that your 28 days of service will have commenced.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

None of the other mobile data APN fields, need to be changed or adjusted, only the above.

Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the sim card.

The sim connects to different networks in different countries.

This sim cannot be recharged. If you are travelling for longer than 28 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on your duration of travel. For example, if travelling for 50 days then please purchase 2 x 28 Day 12GB sims.

This SIM cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place the activation date approximately 28 days apart for each sim and swap the sim over at the end of 28 days.

For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 28th September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first sim card to get connected and after 28 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).

• Which country you are in currently and whether the sim connects to any network, if so, which network?
• Did you receive any SMS after you inserted the sim? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message.
• Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
• What phone model you are using?
• Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The sim will automatically connect to a local carrier.

Yes, you will have access to all your apps, messages, contacts and emails whilst using this Europe Data SIM card. Nothing on your phone is deleted or changed and you can continue to use your phone as per normal.
