Your phone number will be a France based phone number. Dial 225 on your mobile phone to receive your phone number

To check your data balance you have used, you simply need to dial #932#. A prompt will show how much data you have used so far.

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. As mentioned previously, the 31 days of service itself commences as soon as you decide to insert the sim in your phone and turn your phone.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the USA Unlimited SIM card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

Access Point Name (APN): orange Username: orange Password: orange

The sim connects to different networks in different countries.

The features on the sim are valid for 31 days from activation.

If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, we recommend that you purchase multiple sim based on the duration of your travel and swap them after 31 days usage.

If you want to recharge the SIM Card either within or after the 31 days duration then you must first register your identification details at https://travel.orange.com. We recommend doing this within the first 3 weeks of activating it if you plan to top up/recharge as it could take them a couple of days to verify.

You are then able to top up using the same link and the different options will be noted after you input your phone number for the SIM.

Alternatively, you can purchase multiple sims prior to your travel, based on the duration of your travel and swap them after 31 days usage.

If someone with the same sim wishes to call you from their phone number they would just need to call you on your France based phone number.

International Calls

If someone who is not using a France based sim card wishes to call they would need to add the France calling code +33 prior to the phone number

For example, if your phone number is 0x xx xx xx xx, then they would need to dial +33 x xx xx xx xx

You can also connect them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc .

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The sim will automatically connect to a local carrier.
