Your website referred to a ""sim with data"" which I took to mean a mobile phone sim card with added data. When we got to fiji we realised that it was not a phone sim. Internet connectivity was so good (even on he islands) that we could use Messenger including video so your sim was surplus and is unused,

To activate, simply insert the sim into your device and turn your device ON. The sim will automatically connect to a network which will commence your 10 days of service. This sim will activate in any country, so please only insert once you are ready to use the sim.
Please note, you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service.
This sim card is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim card does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This sim card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim card size that fits your phone.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the sim card.
The features on the sim card are valid for 31 days of service from activation.
As this sim card cannot be recharged, if you feel you need more than 5GB of data then please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you need 15GB of data then please purchase 3 of these sim cards bearing in mind that each time you activate one sim you will have 31 days to use the 5GB of data.
If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 62 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.
