When you land at your destination, simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM we have sent you (detailed step by step instructions with screenshot will be provided). The sim will automatically connect to a network which will commence your 31 days of service. This sim will activate in any country, so please only insert once you are ready to use the sim.

This eSIM is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.
However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
To check your data balance/allowance you simply need to dial *111*6# then press Call (star, one, one, one, star, six, hash then press Call).
If you receive any text messages noting that you have zero credit balance then you can ignore as it does not relate to your data balance.
Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service. This eSIM activates as soon as you scan the QR code provided. It is on this date that your 31 days of service will commence.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;
APN Name: internet
APN: internet
Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the eSIM.
The features on the eSIM are valid for 31 days of service from activation.
If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.
As this eSIM be recharged, if you feel you need more than 20GB of data then please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you need 18GB of data then please purchase 3 of these sims bearing in mind that each time you activate one sim you will have 31 days to use the 20GB of data.
If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The sim will automatically connect to a local carrier.
