Coverage: USA, Hawaii

When the T-Mobile coverage map states that the coverage is by a partner network in the USA, this means that you will only be able to make local calls and send local text. You will not be able to use your data and international calling in these areas. For example, T-Mobile only has a partner network when in Alaska, so you will only be limited to local calls and text within USA.

  • Unlimited Data of Data at 4G/5G (5G compatible devices)

Please note T-Mobile does advise that they have a de-priortisation limit of 50GB. This basically means that any time there is network congestion in a particular area due to an overload of their customers using the 4G data network and you have already gone over the 50GB, then your 5G/4G data speeds may be de-priortised and dropped to the next data speed available in the area such as 3.5G and 3G. The carrier does this to free up the 5G/4G data network congestion for their customers and to not effect their customers who haven't used much data.

  • Unlimited Calls within USA to USA Mobiles and Landline
  • Unlimited SMS to USA Mobiles

The unlimited calls that come with the sim can only be used to call standard US landlines and mobiles. If in the US and trying to call a US number, then no country code is required in this instance.

The unlimited local SMS/texts that come with the sim can be used to text US mobiles. The same process still applies for texting in terms of using the country codes as noted above.

International Calling

We recommend that you use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, etc to make international phone calls rather than adding credit for international calls.

Alternatively, you have the option to add the $15 International Talk and Text Feature during purchase, which will give you Unlimited calls to Standard Landlines to Australia, New Zealand and other landlines in select countries (Premium numbers not included) and unlimited texting back to Australia, NZ and 200 other countries. This is a add-on feature and comes with set features.

You will need to add credit on top of this $15 International feature if you want to call an International Mobile that has a per minute rate and is not Unlimited. Calls to Australian mobiles are 7 cents per minute, or calls to NZ Mobiles 8 cents per minute, however mobile calls to select countries such as UK Mobiles are unlimited.

You can search the countries and rates via the link HERE. If you just add credit without adding this $15 international talk feature, then you will be charged at the pay as you go rates which are very expensive. These rates can also be viewed with the previous link.

To add credit for International Mobile calls you can use the following link HERE.

This USA sim card plan will last 30 Days from activation. If you are staying longer than 30 days and wish to recharge the sim you can do this by either going into a T-Mobile store or calling T-Mobile customer service 611 from your mobile handset.

Alternatively, as another option if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, you can purchase an additional USA Travel Sim based on the duration of your travels. If you are travelling for 60 days you can purchase a second USA Travel Sim and then swap them over at the end of each 30 day period (however, each sim will have a different phone number). You will need to put the arrival date for the second USA sim approximately 30 days after the original activation date. For example, if you are travelling from 1 March to 30 April, you will purchase 2 sim cards and have the arrival date for the first sim noted as 1 March and the arrival date for the second sim noted as 1 April.

The eSIM is a virtual sim, as such there is no physical sim card. You simply need to follow the instruction we provide at the time of purchase to activate the sim.

Only unlocked devices with eSIM or SIM Card and eSIM are compatible. To confirm, if your device has an "EID" number it supports eSIM functionality. Certain phone models may not have eSIM capabilities. For example, some iPhone models purchased from China, HK, Macau or Samsung, Motorola models from specific regions may not support eSIM.

Should you have any queries, please email us at support@simcorner.com**

Your local USA phone number is only generated once the sim card is activated (based on the activation date that you note at the time of purchase). You 30 days of service will commence from this date. Upon arriving in the USA and after inserting the sim card in your mobile phone, you can go into your phone settings menu to view your USA phone number. You will also receive a text message from T-Mobile noting your local USA phone number.

Can I get my phone number earlier?

When a sim is activated we are able to retrieve the phone number from the system. As an option, if you are travelling for less than 30 days you can look at providing an earlier arrival date when purchasing the sim card, bearing in mind that your 30 days of service will still begin from that date. You can then e-mail us on the activation date you provided requesting your phone number which we can then forward to you.

  • Order your travel eSIM online and let us know your travel date.
  • You will be emailed further instructions to you based on your activation date.
  • When you land at your travel destination, follow the steps noted in the email and your eSIM will be ready to use.
  • Your 30 days or service will commence.

Make sure that your device has eSIM compatibility. See our full list of compatible devices. Ensure that you have access to the eSIM email we have provided.

To check your data balance you have used, you simply need to dial #932#. A prompt will show how much data you have used so far.

If you receive any prompt/text messages noting that you have zero credit balance then you can ignore as it does not relate to your data balance.

You simply need to have MOBILE DATA functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. The eSIM will be active from the activation date you have provided. It is on this date that your 30 days of service will automatically commence.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

iPhone

APN Name: T-mobile

APN: fast.tmobile.com

Username: (leave blank)

Password: (leave blank)

Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the sim card.

The sim card will connect to the T-Mobile network in USA (including  Hawaii).

The features on the eSIM are valid for 30 days of service from activation date provided at the time of purchase.

The plan will last 30 days from the activation date provided. If you are staying longer than 30 days and wish to recharge the sim you can do this by either going into an T-mobile store in the USA or calling T-Mobile customer service on 611 from your mobile handset. The recharge cost will be in USD and may/will vary from the cost you paid with us for the first month. They will also charge taxes based on the area you are in. If you don't need the same plan for the following month or only need a few more days of service, then just let T-Mobile know and they will provide you some prepaid plan options to change to.

Alternatively, you can look to purchase multiple sims to cover your duration if travelling for more than 30 days. For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select '2' for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September (you can select whatever activation date you like or even have them overlap, just keep in mind that your 30 days will begin from that date). You can then use the two sims for 30 days from the dates you have provided.  (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).

As long as you are aware your 30 days will begin from the activation date you provide for each sim, it's up to you what date you provide ensuring it covers you for your duration. It's fine to have services overlap.

This USA sim card plan will last 30 Days from activation. If you are staying longer than 30 days and wish to recharge the sim you can do this by either going into a T-Mobile store or calling T-Mobile customer service 611 from your mobile handset.

Alternatively, as another option if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, you can purchase an additional USA Travel Sim Card based on the duration of your travels. For example, if you are travelling from 1 March to 30 April, you will purchase 2 sim cards and have the arrival date for the first sim card noted as 1 March and the arrival date for the second sim card noted as 1 April.

When buying 2 or more of the same SIM, you can checkout with the code: MULTISIM5 for 5% off your order!

  • When you land at your travel destination, follow the steps noted in the email and your eSIM will be ready to use.

To check your data balance you have used, you simply need to dial #932#. A prompt will show how much data you have used so far.

If you receive any prompt/text messages noting that you have zero credit balance then you can ignore as it does not relate to your data balance.

You simply need to have MOBILE DATA functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. The eSIM will be active from the activation date you have provided. It is on this date that your 30 days of service will automatically commence.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim card in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

iPhone

APN Name: T-mobile

APN: fast.tmobile.com

Username: (leave blank)

Password: (leave blank)

If you are travelling for 60 days you can purchase a second USA Travel Sim Card and then swap them over at the end of each 30 day period (however, each sim will have a different phone number). You will need to put the arrival date for the second USA sim card approximately 30 days after the original activation date.
