Once the SIM is loaded, you simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. If you face issues, then you might need to update the APN Setting in your device as noted in the booklet.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings as noted in the instructions provided.

Depends on the SIM purchased you can either have 15 days or 31 days of service. Your days of service will start when the SIM is connected to a network. This will be the day that your service commences.

If you are travelling for longer than 31 days, please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 45 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 31 day period.

This sim cannot be recharged. Please ensure you purchase the correct duration based on how long your trip is for. Your days of service will start when the SIM is connected to a network in Japan. This will be the day that your service commences.
