My patience with Simcorner has evaporated, my holiday dated October 2025 was detailed on the purchase, they sent a Sim which expired July 2025 which would have been 3-months out of date by the time I needed it. Customer services were good to start with until they requested I return the Wrong card to Australia at a cost of over 7.00ASD. I get it that we all make mistakes but do not ask a customer to pay for your mistake - I won’t use them again.

WASTED $75! I purchased a pre-paid SIM card for Japan prior to leaving - 33 days unlimited on 4G network, cost $75. When we arrived in Japan, I inserted the physical SIM into my phone, it would not pick up a network. So I pulled out the small pamphlet that came with it and it told me how to reconfigure an android phone for use with this SIM. Every other SIM I've ever purchased, I just inserted it and it worked automatically. I followed the guide with it instructing me to change the access point then addid in the apn, username, etc. as instructed on the pamphlet. It would not work. I ended up going into a store in Shibuya and purchasing a card there, which worked as soon as I put it in my phone. I wondered if it must be because my phone was android so I gave it to my friend, who was looking at purchasing a SIM card in Japan. She has Iphone. She inserted the SIM card and it would not work so she then tried to reconfigure the access point to IOS as per the pamphlet and also could not get it to work. I would not recommend SimCorner from my experience.
