Follow the activation process as per the instruction sheet.
Make sure your phone is turned off. Insert your SIM card into the SIM tray.
Power on your device and wait for it to recognise the SIM card.
You should see signal bars or a network name at the top of your screen.
Once activated, your device may prompt you to configure settings or install updates.
I contacted Simcorner after hours via email in a panic as I purchased a card and didn't order the express postage, we were due to leave Australia within 2 days. I didn't expect to hear from them until Monday morning but I had a response almost immediately. I followed their instructions and paid the additional fee and I had my card within 24 hours. I was also notified by Simcorner when it was despatched from the warehouse which was very reassuring.
I haven’t used it much because what’s app doesn’t work. It had not beeen installed in Australia before we left home and now it doesn’t work. Big problem

I find it annoying being constantly asked to write reviews. When all that's been done is what was expected. Having said that, many businesses can't even achieve that. SimCorner did, even using Express Post.Well done them.
