The Unlimited minutes can be used to make local calls to standard landlines and mobiles within all the countries listed. For example, if you are in Spain you can call Spanish phone numbers. If you are in Italy you can call Italian phone numbers, etc.

The sim does NOT come with any SMS/Texting, however you can still receive SMS/Texts on your number, you just cannot send.

If you wish to call any other international countries outside the EU such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA etc, you will need to use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc which you can also use for messaging. You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make Local and International phone calls directly to landlines and mobile at the apps rates.

International Special Numbers

Calls to international special numbers aren't covered by your allowance. These include calls to international premium rate and some international personal numbers.

This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 28 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place an activation date approximately 28 days apart for each sim and change the sim over at the end of 28 days.

For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 28 September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first sim card to get connected and after 28 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number). As long as you are aware your 28 days will begin from the activation date you provide for each sim, it's up to you what date you provide for each sim ensuring it covers you for your duration. It's fine to have services overlap.

As soon as you receive you order, you must register your travel/activation date via the following link; https://simcorner.com/pages/registersim. The sim card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date that you provide. It is from this date that your 28 days of service will commence. It can take up to 24 hours for your activation date to be registered into the system, hence, we encourage that you complete this form as soon as possible.

Should you wish to change the activation date after you have purchased, please contact us at support@simcorner.com at least 3 days prior to the noted activation date. Whilst using the sim card you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone.

You can stay in touch with your family and friends by sending them messages and calling them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.

You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

If your friends and family have have purchase the same sim option then you will be able to call them directly. However, if your friends and family are using their home phone service, then you will need to connect them via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc .
