If you wish to call any other international countries outside the EU & UK such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA etc, you are able to with the 25€ credits included for calls to international numbers. You can also use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc . You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days. For example, if you are travelling for 45 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 30 day period. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).

The same can be applied if you feel you need more data within a 30 days period, so please purchase multiple sims according to how much data you will need for your trip. For example, If you need 60GB of data within a 30 days period then please purchase 2 sims or if you think you need 90GB of data then please purchase 3 sims.

You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This sim card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim card size that fits your phone.

Please note: that being on a post-paid plan or contract with your local carrier doesn't mean your phone is locked. If you are unsure, please check with your current service provider.

To activate, simply insert the sim into your device when you land in any of the covered countries and turn your device ON. The sim will automatically connect to a network, which will commence your 30 days of service. 

Please note, you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service.

 

Going for longer than 30 Days?

This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days. For example, if you are travelling for 56 day, you can purchase 2 sims. After the 30 days all you need to do is swap the sims over. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).

When you insert the sim card in any of the covered countries, you will receive a text to your phone noting the French phone number.

Should anyone want to call you on your phone number, they would need to drop the leading 0 and add the France country code +33 in front of the phone number,

For example, if the phone number noted in the SMS is 6 60 66 00 01, they would need to dial +33 6 60 66 00 01. (To get the + on a mobile phone, press and hold 0 until it turns into a +)

  • Receive your SIM in the mail prior to departing for your trip.
  • Insert your SIM card in your phone as soon as you land and stay connected.

Firstly please check that the number you are dialling is a Standard Landline or Mobile. Premium rate or Business rate numbers are NOT included in the Unlimited Minutes and SMS.

You must always use the correct prefixes and international dialing conventions as noted below whenever making a call or sending an SMS to a local number.

  • 00 (Country Code) (Area Code) (Number) or + (Country Code) (Area Code) (Number)
  • If calling a French number, you must use their country code which is 33 for example, in front of the number. 

eg:

  • For Landlines: 00 - 33 - Area Code - Land Phone Number Or + 33 - Area Code - Land Phone Number and/or

If you need to call a rental company or tour provider, it is recommended to check with them before you depart for the correct international dialling conventions and to ensure it is standard local rate number.
