If you are travelling with another person whilst in Europe, it is important to have the ability to contact one another at any time especially in an emergency. We highly advise that you both purchase a Europe sim so you can keep in touch.

The Unlimited minutes & SMS can be used to make local calls to standard landlines and mobiles within all the countries listed. For example, if you are in France you can call Spanish phone numbers. If you are in Italy you can call Italian phone numbers, etc.
International Calling
The sim come with 30 International Call Minutes to the world (Mobiles & Standard landlines) & 200 SMS (Mobiles & Standard landlines)
Please ensure you dial the country code and any area code for the country you are trying to Call or SMS. For example, Australia is +61 so please ensure you dial +61 followed by the mobile number without the leading zero when texting.
To get the plus (+) symbol you just hold down the zero key on your phone when dialling.

Calls to international special numbers aren't covered by your allowance. These include calls to international premium rate and some international personal numbers.
If you want to use the sim card longer than 14 days duration, you must first register your identification details at https://travel.orange.com . You are then able to top up using the same link and the different options will be noted after you input your phone number for the sim.
Alternatively, you can purchase multiple sims prior to your travel, based on the duration of your travel and swap them after 14 days usage.
You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This sim will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim size that fits your phone.

- Receive your travel SIM in the mail prior to departing for your trip.
- Insert your travel SIM card in your phone as soon as you land and stay connected.
Make sure that your phone is unlocked before you depart for your trip.
