The Unlimited minutes and SMS can be used to make local calls to standard landlines and mobiles and SMS within all the countries listed. For example, if you are in Spain you can call Spanish phone numbers. If you are in Italy you can call Italian phone numbers, etc.
You can also use the minutes and SMS to make calls and send SMS between the EU countries listed except for the UK. For example, you can call a German phone number from France, you can call a Greek phone number from Romania etc. However, if you are in the UK you cannot make any international calls from the minutes or send international SMS. Although, you can still call and SMS to standard UK phone numbers from the listed countries. For example, if you are in Germany or France you can still call UK based phone numbers. Please see below for more on calling within the UK.
If you wish to call any other international countries outside the EU such as Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, UK, USA etc, you will need to use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc . You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make Local and International phone calls directly to landlines and mobile at the apps rates.
International Special Numbers
Calls to international special numbers aren't covered by your allowance. These include calls to international premium rate and some international personal numbers. Calling within the UK
Whilst in the UK, the included minutes and SMS can only be made to standard UK landline numbers (for the UK starting 01, 02, 03) and mobiles within the UK. Calls to other numbers including Premium rate, Business rate numbers and non-UK numbers are not included.
This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place the activation date approximately 30 days apart for each sim and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days.
For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first sim card to get connected and after 30 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).

You will receive a 3-in-1 sim card; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This sim card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim card size that fits your phone.
Any unlocked mobile phone (mobile phone not locked to any network).
Please note: that being on a post-paid plan or contract with your local carrier doesn't mean your phone is locked. If you are unsure, please check with your current service provider.
***Please note: As of 1st of November2022, the activation step for this sim card has changed. When you receive your Sim Pack/s in the mail, please follow the steps below to confirm your Activation date. Details will also be noted on the front of the Sim Pack. If you have any queries please contact us at support@simcorner.com ***
As soon as you receive you order, you must register your travel/activation date via the following link; https://simcorner.com/pages/registersim. The sim card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date that you provide. It is from this date that your 30 days of service will commence. It can take up to 24 hours for your activation date to be registered into the system, hence, we encourage that you complete this form as soon as possible.
Should you wish to change the activation date after you have purchased, please contact us at support@simcorner.com at least 3 days prior to the noted activation date. Whilst using the sim card you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone.
Going for longer than 30 Days?
This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place the activation date approximately 30 days apart for each sim and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days.

To find out your phone number simply insert the sim in your phone at any time and you will receive a text message with your phone number which will begin with 07. It's fine to do this prior to the activation date you have submitted to us.
The sim card is a UK based sim card, hence it will have a UK phone number.
If anyone outside of the UK is to call you on this number they will need to dial the UK country code which is +44 followed by your assigned UK number without the leading zero (i.e. +44 7xxxxxxxxx). You are not charged for incoming calls.
For example, if the phone number is 07307452691, they would need to dial +447307452691. (To get the + on a mobile phone, press and hold 0 until it turns into a +)

Europe Sim (purchased three SIM cards for our family)
We received our three SIM card one day before our trip. The activation was relatively easy. It took about 5 mins to complete. Once we got to Athens with inserted SIM, we rebooted our cellphones and it works right away. We traveled through six countries Greece, Italy, Montenegro, Spain, UK and France. The services were fine except for Bar Montenegro, we got a message "No available lines for acccess". The support from SIMCORNER was great, we get quick response via email for any of our queries.
