To activate, simply insert the sim into your device and turn your device ON. The sim will automatically connect to a network which will commence your 14 days of service. This sim will activate in any country, so please only insert once you are ready to use the sim.

Please note, you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service.

This Asia sim card is a Data-ONLY sim hence it doesn't come with a phone number. The sim does not allow you to make direct calls or send direct SMS. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype, iMessage etc.

However, you are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.

You will receive a 3-in-1 sim; which includes all sizes (Standard, Micro and Nano). This Asia sim card will fit in any phone. You simply need to just pop out the sim size that fits your phone.

Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.

The sim card can be used in the following countries;

You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service. This Asia sim activates as soon as you insert the sim in your device. It is on this date that your 14 days of service will commence.

The Asia sim card connects to different networks in different countries.

The features on the sim are valid for 14 days of service from activation. 

If you are travelling for longer than 14 days, please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 14 day period.

As this Asia sim cannot be recharged, if you feel you need more than 10GB of data then please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you need 18GB of data then please purchase 3 of these sims bearing in mind that each time you activate one sim you will have 14 days to use the 10GB of data.

• Which country you are in currently and whether the sim connects to any network, if so, which network?
• Did you receive any SMS after you inserted the sim? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message.
• Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
• What phone model you are using?
• Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The sim will automatically connect to a local carrier.

Yes, you will have access to all your apps, messages, contacts and emails whilst using this Asia sim card. Nothing on your phone is deleted or changed and you can continue to use your phone as per normal. The only change with using this Asia sim is that you will have a new phone number.
