Coverage: USA, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Alaska.
Please note when searching the coverage in Canada, only refer to the colour 'orange' on the Canada map. Where ever it's showing the color orange on the map in Canada, it means there is coverage there but the text that comes up will note 'No Coverage'. This is because the actual carrier of the sim AT&T doesn't have a their own network in Canada and that their network partner in Canada is Rogers so they can't provide specific details regarding a different companies network. The colour 'orange' is shown in the legend/key of the map as "off-network" coverage, meaning it's not their own coverage/network but it's on another network.
This does not apply for USA and Mexico since AT&T have their own networks in those two countries so searching coverage for cities and towns in USA and Mexico will be more clear.
- Unlimited Data in USA, Hawaii, Alaska and Mexico
- 25GB Data in Canada
- Unlimited Calls and SMS to USA , Canadian and Mexican Mobiles and Standard Landline number
- (USA ONLY) 500 Minutes International Calling to over 30 countries (includes, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Germany)
The unlimited calls that come with the sim can only be used to call standard US, Canadian and Mexican landlines and mobiles.
When calling Canadian or Mexican numbers, you must ensure you use their respective country codes dialling. For Canada it's +1 and for Mexico it's +52. Even if in Canada or Mexico you must use their country codes to call a local number. If calling a US number from Canada or Mexico, then you must ensure you put the US country code when dialling which is also +1. However, if in the US and trying to call a US number, then no country code is required in this instance.
The unlimited local SMS/texts that come with the sim can be used to text US, Canadian and Mexican mobiles. The same process still applies for texting in terms of using the country codes as noted above.
500 Minutes International Calling (in USA ONLY)
The included 500 minutes international Calls can be used to call standard landlines and mobiles from the USA ONLY. You are not able to use the international calling in Canada or Mexico
You can call to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom
The plan will last 30 days from the activation date provided. If you are staying longer than 30 days and wish to recharge the sim you can do this by either going into an AT&T store or calling AT&T customer service on 611 from your mobile handset. To recharge this same plan for another 30 days in the US with AT&T, will cost $75USD + Tax. If you don't need the same plan for the following month or only need a few more days of service, then just let AT&T know and they will provide you some prepaid plan options to change to.
Alternatively, you can look to purchase multiple sims to cover your duration if travelling for more than 30 days. For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select '2' for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September (you can select whatever activation date you like or even have them overlap, just keep in mind that your 30 days will begin from that date). You can then use the two sims for 30 days from the dates you have provided. (Please note: each esim will have a different phone number).
As long as you are aware your 30 days will begin from the activation date you provide for each sim, it's up to you what date you provide ensuring it covers you for your duration. It's fine to have services overlap.
The eSIM is a virtual sim, as such there is no physical sim card. You simply need to follow the instruction we provide at the time of purchase to activate the sim.
Only unlocked devices with eSIM or SIM Card and eSIM are compatible. To confirm, if your device has an "EID" number it supports eSIM functionality. Certain phone models may not have eSIM capabilities. For example, some iPhone models purchased from China, HK, Macau or Samsung, Motorola models from specific regions may not support eSIM.

You can then e-mail us on the activation date you provided requesting your phone number which we can then forward to you.
1) Order your USA eSIM from SimCorner
2)Once you have processed your order, you will receive an email with the instruction steps to register and confirm your activation date and phones EID (the SIM card ID for your specific phone model). The EID is used to send the eSIM plan directly to your phone at the activation date and a requirement by A&T. The instruction steps will also provide detailed step by step instructions with screenshots on how to install your prepaid travel eSIM.
**If you do not receive the email with the instructions, please check your Spam folder and whitelist our domain( simcorner.com ) and also support@simcorner.com from your email program you are using, as it may be wrongly flagged as Spam. Please then contact us at support@simcorner.com and we can send this instructions to you again manually.**
***Should you require your plan urgently, please contact us at support@simcorner.com and we can organise for a speedier delivery.***
3) On the day of your chosen Activation date, you will need to go to your phones eSIM setting where you will be notified of a pending eSIM plan. You can then follow the steps to have it connected as the primary connection and start using the eSIM Plan.
Make sure that your device is unlocked before you depart for your trip.
Make sure that your device has eSIM compatibility. See our full list of compatible devices. Ensure that you have access to the eSIM email we have provided.
Your local USA phone number is only generated once the esim is activated (based on the activation date that you note at the time of purchase). You 30 days of service will commence from this date. Upon arriving in either the USA, Canada or Mexico and after installing the eSIM profile in your mobile phone setting, you can go into your phone settings menu to view your USA phone number.
Can I get my phone number earlier?

To check your data balance/allowance you simply need to dial *777# then press Call (star, seven, seven, seven, hash then press Call).
35GB Mobile Hotspot/Tethering (in USA ONLY) included
No hotspotting in Canada or Mexico.
You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service. The eSIM will be active from the activation date you have provided. It is on this date that your 30 days of service will automatically commence.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the eSIM profile in your phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;
APN Name: ATT phone
APN: phone
None of the other mobile data APN fields, need to be changed or adjusted, only the above.
Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the eSIM.
The esim will connect to the ATT network in USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Mexico. Whilst in Canada, the eSIM will connect to Rogers.
The features on the esim card are valid for 30 days of service from activation.
