1) Order your Japan eSIM from SimCorner
2)You will receive your eSIM and Instruction via the email address provided within 5-10 minutes of purchase. The instruction steps will provide detailed step by step instructions with screenshots on how to install your prepaid travel eSIM.

3) When you land at your destination, simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM (detailed step by step instructions with screenshots will be provided). Your days of service will start when the eSIM is scanned. This will be the day that your service commences.
We recommend turning off your local eSIM/physical sim or removing your physical sim so you don't accidentally use your local carriers service.
4) Turn on Mobile data and Data Roaming for your eSIM whilst in the EU/UK to start using your data.
5) At the end of your trip and/or expiry of the sim, just delete the sim profile.

Please note: If you need more than 10GB of Data then please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly as you cannot top-up the sim.
This eSIM is data ONLY and does not allow you to make direct calls and texts. However, you are still able to make calls and send messages via data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, Messenger, Skype etc.
You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make local and international phone calls directly to landlines and mobiles.
Please Note: If you are using the dual sim function, whereby, you wish to still have your local countries sim card or another esim profile, then you may be able to receive calls on that phone number. However, please be aware that roaming charges will apply and you would need to check with your carrier back home regarding those charges. If you do not want to risk being charged roaming fees, we advise that you disable or remove your home countries sim card. Please ensure you check with your carrier if you intend to use another sim card or esm, along with this esim, to avoid charges from your carrier back home.
As this eSIM cannot be recharged, if you feel you need more than 10GB of data then please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you need 20GB of data then please purchase 2 of these sims bearing in mind that each time you activate one eSIM you will have 15 days to use the 10GB of data.

The eSIM is a virtual sim that is bulit into a phone's hardware, and as such there is no physical sim card. Please check the compatibilty section to ensure your specific phone model is compatible, as not all phones are eSIM compatible. You then simply need to follow the instruction we provide at the time of purchase to activate the sim.
Only unlocked devices with eSIM or SIM Card and eSIM are compatible. To confirm, if your device has an "EID" number it supports eSIM functionality. Certain phone models may not have eSIM capabilities. For example, some iPhone models purchased from China, HK, Macau or Samsung, Motorola models from specific regions may not support eSIM.
If your device model isn’t listed below, please contact us via the "Contact Us" tab or email support@simcorner.com to confirm compatibility. Keep in mind that not all devices are listed due to the wide variety of models, and having a new device doesn’t guarantee compatibility.**

Simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM (detailed step by step instructions with screenshots will be provided). Your days of service will start when the eSIM is scanned. Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device.
You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service. This eSIM activates as soon as you scan the QR code provided. It is on this date that your 15 days of service will commence.

If you are travelling for longer than 15 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 15 day period.
As this eSIM be recharged, if you feel you need more than 10GB of data then please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you need 20GB of data then please purchase 2 of these sims bearing in mind that each time you activate one sim you will have 15 days to use the 10GB of data.

Should you run into any issues with the sim whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information;

- Which country you are in currently and whether the sim connects to any network, if so, which network?
- Did you receive any SMS after you installed the eSIM? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message.
- Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
- What phone model you are using?
- Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.
